Mon Cultural Show at Art United

            On March 30, 2008, Mon Community of Fort Wayne was invited to participate in cultural show at the Art United, in Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Art United held  an event called  Face of Fort Wayne in Fort Wayne, Indiana and invited different nationalities including Mon, Korean, African American, and Laotian to perform cultural dances. A group of Mon children performed different types of Mon dance and were praised by the audiences. About five hundred people including city and state officials joined the event.
