Five MRC representatives (Nai Bannya Htaw Weang, Nai Mon Jit, Nai Janoi Mern, Tala Goon Rot Rot  and Nai Lavi Mon Seik)  and two Mon observers (Nai Sai Mon and Nai Kao Chan) attended the seminar.
