Mon Life in America

I think that Mon life in America is very different from over where I used to live because over here we get to learn a lot of things like science or social studies. And we get to have more freedom over here, because we can do almost everything we want to. The bad thing about living in America is that when you just come to America and you can’t speak English, other people will start making fun of you because they think that you’re different from them just because you can’t speak their language. Sometimes living in America is really fun because over here we can do things that we couldn’t do, and the good thing is that we don’t have to worry about the police. Sometimes living in America is really hard because when you have a test in school and you don’t get it, but if you studied for it, it would be easy for you. I think that life in America is better than over where I used to live because I get to have more freedom over here.

Some things that surprise me about America is that when you want to be in some of the teams in school like soccer, football, or basketball you can’t get bad grades or they’ll kick you out of the team. Another thing that surprises me about America is that if you be really bad in school they’ll expel you, what it means is that you can’t get to school for a long time. It’s not good because while other people get to learn things, you have to stay at home and be bored. The things that I don’t like about America is that when you go to school and it’s very cold outside, you have to walk or wait for the bus but before you get to school, you have to wait or walk in the cold. In summer life in America is really fun because when you play outside there are a lot of people playing outside, some people even make new friends but of course you can make friends even if it’s winter.

  What I hate most about America is the climate because when it’s cold it’s really cold and when it’s hot it’s really hot, it’s never normal over here. Sometimes living in America can be very difficult for adults because if you can’t speak English that good and you’re trying to find a job, people wouldn’t accept you to be working for them. But for some people it can be really easy for them because they know more than one language and they’re capable of something.

  Most people come to America because of wars in their lands or because of the climate. Most of the people don’t get to come here because of the soldiers that don’t let them. I’m Nyan Lyih and I think America is life.
