နာဲထဝ္လြ႘ဂွ္ ဗွ္လိက္လေလာင္ၾတး နဒဒွ္ညးစှးဂေကာံသဿတ္တုဲ မိသုႝသုႝ စှးဂေကာံညးျဗဵ၊ နာဲရတ္တ္ဂွ္ စှးဂေကာံသဿတ္ရ။

ပႜဲကုႝဂလာန္နာဲတိုင္ထဝ္(ညးအုပ္ကာ)ဟုီထံက္ထၞးကႜန္န္ေဂၜံေဂၜံဂွ္တုန္၊ အလုႝအသ႘ပှာန္ဗဿာတံလဿဳဟ္ ေကၜာန္ပုတ္လဝ္႐ုပ္ဨက ရာတ္ဗဿာအံင္ေဇယ်တုဲ သၸဒဿံင္ေ႐ွ္ေသွ္ရဵဂဵ ပႜဲေဢာံဍဳင္ေဇှာ္ညးတံဂွ္တုဲ၊ ထံက္ရံင္ကုႝအကဲာအရာဝြံမဂး မိှဟ္ဂစိုတ္က မၜက္ဂကူ မန္ဂွ္ ညးတံေ႐ွ္ေသွ္ရဵဂဵဒဿံင္ဖိုဟ္မၢး ဂတဏံ အကာဲအရာဂစိုတ္ကမၜက္ဂကူမန္ ဗုီကၜာေတံပၜန္ အလုႝအသ႘ပှာန္ဗဿာ လဿဳဟ္ ေကၜာန္သၸမာန္ဒွ္ဂြြံပၜန္ေရာင္။

ပႜဲတၛဲဟံသာဝတ႘လုီပု႙ဏံဂွ္ ပု႙သုီေကၜာန္ဗဒွ္သဘင္ကှာ ဗလုိပ္ျဇဲဗေပင္ပသာ္ကုီ၊ ပါလုပ္ပႜဲပေရင္ခ်႘ဒရာင္ကပွ္ဟန္ဗန္(မွိက္) ပႜဲဍဳင္ဝွတ္ဝိင္ကုီရ။ နဴဂယးစုႝစိုပ္စွ္မြဲနာဍ႘ဂွ္ ကပွ္ဟန္ဗန္ ဇိုင္သဝ္တၛဲဂွ္ ေကၜာန္သဘင္ကှာတၛဲဟံသာဝတ႘လုီ၊ တုဲ ေကၜာန္သဘင္ဗလုိပ္ျဇဲ ပႜဲလပၚတၛဲဒတုံတိရ။

 

 

MRC-Fort Wayne commemorated Hongsawatoi Fallen Day on May 21, 2011 in Fort Wayne in order to pay attributes to those who were killed by Burman leader U Aung Zeya in 1757.  At the ceremony, MRC-Fort Wayne leaders expressed their grievances on the killing of thousands innocents Mon by U Aung Zeya and said that current Burmese military regime is still pursuing U Aung Zeya’s ethnic cleansing policy by driving out thousands of non-Burman ethnic groups to neighbouring  countries. Moreover, the regime is also honouring him as a hero by erecting his status in Naypidaw.

 

1757, U Aung Zeya invaded and occupied the last Mon Kingdom, Hongsawatoi (Pegu) and killed thousands of innocent Mon including women, children, and Buddhist monks. Such killing  is similar to killing Jews by Hitler during WWII. Therefore, Mon people around the world mark this day as Holocaust Memorial of Mon People and commemorate it every year.
